What is Skyward Mobile Access?

RIF Golden Platinum allows users to do everything they’re able to do on Reddit’s web platform, which once got the app banned from the Google Play store; in serving the content posted on Reddit, Google found RIF to have broken terms and conditions by allowing “content that contains nudity, graphic sex acts, or sexually explicit material.”

When RIF Golden Platinum users open the app, it launches Reddit’s main page, which features the most popular posts of the day. Each post is shown as a snippet, and users simply tap the arrow next to threads they wish to explore further, in order for them to open.

Users are able to get full access to their user profile, which lists their Reddit Age (join date), Karma (points given when user comments and links are upvoted by other members), History of activity, Saved posts, My Posts, My Comments, Upvoted, Friends, Hidden, and Image Uploads.

Impressively, users can access a wealth of profile information from the app, in a streamlined, customizable interface.

Is Skyward Mobile Access safe for my kids?

Rated for teens, parents should know that the RIF Golden Platinum is a Reddit reader, so users must have a Reddit account to fully enjoy the benefits. It’s important to note that Reddit’s terms of use require users to be ages 13 years or older.

Users rate this RIF app higher than the native Reddit app, as the experience is more streamlined and user-friendly.

Parents unfamiliar with Reddit should know that it is a discussion app that takes top news and events and opens them up to the community for candid discussion. A voting system helps keep hot and popular topics at the top of the Reddit app, as well as cutting down on nonsensical commentators.

While the Reddit app is limited to users ages 13 years or older, parents with content concerns should limit access to only those more mature teens, as it is not safe for kids.

Reddit pretty much has every topic covered, which can include pornography, drug and alcohol use, suicide, death, and many other topics a parent would wish to limit their minor having access to. Because Reddit is made up of the user base or community, conversations will be candid, can often be vulgar, and very often can contain misinformation.

Because Reddit users retain anonymity, discussions are typically more open and candid. Parents should be aware that the anonymous aspect of Reddit also brings out the worst in people, and children can encounter cyberbullying and trolling when using the RIF Golden Platinum app.

For this reason, Reddit, in general, is geared more towards mature teens and adults, able to participate in online discussion and debate, but also able to walk away when encountering bad behavior.
