While the app does offer the in-app purchase of a Trello Gold subscription, it isn’t necessary for the full experience of the app, and is often used just by businesses that want the added functionality.
One small concern may be the ability for kids to create groups, where they can communicate, upload pictures, and comment on the different items, but the app is not made for the purpose of messaging, and kids would most likely use more tailored group messaging apps for these things.
