Private Photo Vault Pro is the paid version of Private Photo Vault, an app designed to mask and hide personal photos and videos on a user’s mobile device. It is available for iOS devices only for $4.99. This app is not recommended for kids, as users must be 17 years and older to download.
What is SV - Private Photo Vault PRO?
By requiring a personal identification number (PIN), the Private Photo Vault app protects photos and video files that users wish to keep private.
In addition to locking private photos and requiring a PIN to open the app, Private Photo Vault Pro features break-in reporting. Should someone attempt to open the app without the correct PIN, Private Photo Vault Pro takes a photograph with the mobile device and makes note of their location via GPS.
Users may also activate an alarm feature, which sounds when an incorrect login is attempted. Break-in reports are stored in the Private Photo Vault Pro app, and appear on the home page when a user opens the app after a break in attempt.
It’s important to note that users may set PINs to lock both the Private Photo Vault Pro app and individual albums created within the app, which provides two layers of security to protect personal photos and videos.
The Private Photo Vault Pro app possesses functions identical to the free version, however, Pro users enjoy an ad-free interface, as well as additional accounts and file space. It’s important to note that Private Photo Vault Pro has a higher user rating than its free counterpart, and a higher satisfaction rate among its users.
However, potential users should know that a common user complaint is the inability to transfer photo files from the app back onto a mobile device.
