Unlimited cloud storage and the ability to free up space on mobile devices are only two,of the many perks the Google Photos app has to offer. Google Photos has its own assistant, not to be confused with the Google Assistant from Google Home, which guides users in making the most of the app.
Users can create albums, collages, animations, and even movies of their existing library of photos with the help of the Google assistant in the Google Photos app.
As an added bonus Google Photos has a built in photo editor allowing users to fine-tune and perfect the photos in their gallery. While not the same as professional photo editing software, Google Photos offers users the ability to apply filters and adjust photo details such as the contrast and saturation levels.
All in all the Google Photos app is a handy photo gallery with some excellent added features. The ability to free up precious space on mobile devices is an excellent selling point as is the ability for families to easily share albums.
Even more enticing is the offer of unlimited cloud storage, packed into an app that does not feature advertisements or in-app purchases.
