The purpose of the app is to save space and preserve the battery life of devices by creating a lightweight, single application which manages these accounts without the heavy overhead of multiple, individual applications.
Users with multiple accounts can switch between them and enjoy many of the functions found in each app. Users should note that Instagram does not allow third party apps to post for them, so this feature will not work within Friendly.
Friendly lets users sidestep the algorithmic control of their social media feeds by allowing users to sort and display updates based on their own preferences, rather than those which increase engagement for social media networking companies.
Originally released as three separate apps, this release combines the functionality of Friendly for FB, Friendly for FB Messenger, and Friendly for Instagram while support the use of multiple accounts simultaneously.
Users can sort or filter updates by keyword and easily capture shared content for offline use.
