Once the Starbucks app is downloaded, users can create their account by submitting personal information such as their name, birthday, location, and credit card information.
After this is completed, they can then register any of their rewards cards and view how many stars they need in order to receive their next free item.
If you make a purchase directly in a Starbucks store, you can pay with the app by adding money to your rewards card.
If you would rather place your order ahead of time, you can simply do this through the app and pick up your items at your chosen location.
Additional features include allowing users to discover music that is being played in their favorite Starbucks stores, being able to leave a tip for the barista, and finding stores located near you.
Despite the many positive reviews that this app has received, some users have stated that they are unable to login to the app after the latest update.
Is Starbucks safe for my kids?
Due to the fact that the Starbucks app is specifically used for the purpose of ordering caffeine based beverages and placing online orders, this app is safe for mature teens.
There is currently no age verification process in place.
