LIKE is a combination of a social network and music video editor. With the LIKE app users can create music videos, adding cool effects with just the tap of a finger, and share on the network to build a “fan” following.

The LIKE app requires users to be a minimum of 15 years of age or older to download and use the app in the US (16+ in the EU, 12+ in Russian Federation). Free to download for both Android and iOS devices, LIKE features additional in-app purchases.

The app uses a three-step process to create 4D videos and special effects easily. Users are instructed to set their device on a table, framing their shot, and to be careful not to move it. Next, users make sure that they’re outside of the frame so that the app can capture the surroundings, sans person.

The third step is for users to enter the frame and record themselves. When users are finished recording, their file will process and they’re then able to scroll through a range of filters and effects located at the bottom of the screen to apply to their video.

The LIKE app is streamlined and makes creating videos with special effects effortless.

From time to time the LIKE app holds hashtag contests where users can create videos based upon a theme and submit for consideration. Winners of these contestsreceive cash prizes. In all, LIKE is a fun app for kids to play around with video editing and get creative, but parents should monitor their child’s interactions while using the app.
