The mobile compliment to the Infinite Campus student information system, the Infinite Campus Mobile Portal app allows students and parents to access school information such as attendance, grades, test scores, lunch accounts from anywhere.
Users should note that they must have an active Infinite Campus Portal account to be able to access the Infinite Campus Mobile Portal app via mobile device. Users who do not have an existing account should contact their school for information on setting up an Infinite Campus Portal account.
When users first log into the Infinite Campus Mobile Portal app they’ll need to locate their school district using the search bar at the top of the screen. Once users find their district, they select it and are then prompted to enter their login credentials.
Once logged in, Infinite Campus users will see a home screen with menu options listed at the bottom: Planner, Grades, Assignments, Attendance, Food Service, Settings. If a user’s school does not have their lunch accounts integrated with the Infinite Campus Portal, that option will be greyed out in the menu.
Parents will be interested to know that they can set custom notifications for different events including attendance, assignments and grades. An interesting feature is the ability to further refine grade notifications to only notify users if a grade posts below a certain percentage, such as 70 percent.

For parents, the Infinite Campus app serves as a one-stop access point for all student data, from assignments to teacher comments and makes it incredibly easy to stay on top of their children's' school progress.
Students are also empowered to take charge of their education through the use of the Infinite Campus Mobile Portal app. Not only can students keep track of attendance, but they can also view their progress by assignment or overall grade.
The planner feature is helpful in keeping students on-track and perfect for those students who may need additional reminders.
So, while the Infinite Campus Mobile Portal app contains no material or privacy issues for parents to be concerned about, they still may wish to monitor their child’s use of the app to make sure that it is being used in a healthy, productive way. This app is safe for kids.
