The Cozi Family Organizer app is a free tool to help families keep on top of household organization and tasks. Multiple family members can use the app to manage appointments, schedules, and to-do lists in a central location, accessible from any phone, tablet, or computer.

Cozi's reminder system can be use to send alerts to anyone or everyone in the family, while maintaining a weekly report of upcoming tasks and deadlines to help with planning. Each member of the family can be assigned a color, making it easier to review everyone's weekly tasks and appointments at a glance. The app can also track shopping lists, chores, and notes.
Cozi was founded by Jan Miksovsky and Robbie Cape, who developed Microsoft Money, with the goal of bringing the information sharing capabilities of modern social networks to bear on household organization and management.
The Cozi mobile app gives full access to Cozi's features – the shared family calendar, shopping lists, to-do lists, favorite recipes, and journal – while adding the ability to place home screen widgets on your mobile device. Ingredients can be added directly to a common shopping list from the family's favorite recipes, and the list updates instantly should anything else be added while you're already at the store.
Cozi Family Organizer features in-app advertisements, but a premium, ad-free version is available with additional features. Cozi Gold adds a shared address book, automatic birthday reminders, push notifications for changes, and additional reminders.

Is Cozi Family Organizer safe for my kids?
Cozi Organizer is safe for the family to use, but the free version features in-app advertisements and is limited to a single account and password. This means that your children will have administrative access to the family's chore and appointments, which can create confusion if they're not skilled with the app.
Some children will also be able to modify or cancel their own chore lists, or reassign their least favorite tasks to less capable siblings.
Cozi's recommended news, articles, and recipes also imply that the application is mining personal information to inform its recommendations, which may present a privacy issue to some users.
