MyFitnessPal then asks more information about your age, height, current weight before giving you a suggested amount of calories to consume each day.
This app also features places to track water intake, exercise, recipes and steps. The MyFitnessPal group provides blogs, videos, and further information available in your main feed and online.
This app has community based features so that users can connect with friends to encourage each other’s progress. Users are able to add their friends using their username or join a community group or challenge for extra motivation.
