Busy Shapes and Colors is an app created by EDOKI ACADEMY, a group of certified teachers with classroom experience, whose app development has won multiple awards.
In this app, kids learn the names of 11 shapes and 11 colors in four play modes: shapes, colors, colors and shapes, and ‘focus.’ Kids drag and drop to match the correct colored shape to the correct space, and upon success a voice names the shape and color.
The free version includes 10 levels of each mode, offers 150 levels. This allows parents and kids to test the game and see if it is a fit, at which point they can purchase more levels to continue learning and developing further the problem-solving skills needed to complete more complex levels with more shapes and colors.
Busy Shapes and Colors has very simple animation and straightforward play, perfect for toddlers. Kids meet a cute penguin animation when successful and have the ability to view their progress as they complete more and more levels, motivating them to continue forward and finish the next puzzle.
