What is Angry Birds Seasons?

The Angry Birds are back in this seasonal version of the gaming app in yet another game in the Angry Birds franchise. This app is available in both the App Store and the Google Play Store for free download. This app is rated for users of all ages and it features both in-app purchases and advertisements.

When users download this app they are greet with similar feature of other Angry Birds games. Users are first taken to a tutorial and first game of this app. Here users are given a seasonally appropriate game, such as featuring jack-o'-lanterns in October, and must launch a given amount of birds at the towers built by pigs, via slingshots.

The physics of the game does take some getting used to but it’s easy enough to catch on quick. Users will continue to get better at aiming their birds as well as learning the most influential places to strike.

The main menu features a table of seasons and games for players to select.  This table has tabs going back for the six years worth of this game. Not all games are unlocked and users must unlock them with coins. Coins are Angry Birds Seasons’ in-app currency that unlock new levels and can buy players bonuses.

In-app purchases come into play with these coins. Users are given the option of purchasing more coins so they can advance in the game at a faster rate. In-app purchases range in price from $0.99 to $39.99.
