What is Word Connect ¤?

Word Connect is a fun word-hunt and spelling app, that looks like Scrabble and plays like Boggle. Highly addictive, Word Connect challenges players to dig deep into their vocabulary to make as many words as they can.

Word Connect is free to download and play but features advertisements and offers in-app purchases. 

While Word Connect does feature ads throughout, the longest ad is approximately five seconds long, with the majority of ads being static and easily closed out once they pop up. 

To play, Word Connect players simple swipe the screen to connect the jumble of letters and form words. The top of the screen shows the number of words, how many letters make them up, and how many they need to complete the level.

The tricky part of Word Connect is forming the words they wish to fill the blanks as there may be many letter combinations outside of the words they’re looking for. Further in the game, players are rewarded for discovering hidden extra words which they can amass and cash out for prizes later.

When a player is stumped in Word Connect they can pay to receive a hint using their coin currency, or ask a friend for help. When a player select ask a friend, the app takes a screenshot and opens us sharing options which include standard text, email, and social media sharing.

Players can opt to connect their Facebook account to Word Connect, which earns them a coin bonus and the ability to save and share their game progress.

Daily bonus challenges keep players returning to test their word know-how and a variety of theme options keep the playing screen interesting. Word Connect offers over 2,600 levels, which will keep players busy with the app for quite some time. 

If a player should make it through, or desire to go to an easier level, Word Connect provides the option for players to return and replay any and all levels.
