Speakaboos is a reading app for kids ages 2 through 6, and is available on a subscription basis.

The Speakaboos app can be downloaded from both the App Store and the Google Play Store. It is rated for users of all ages. This app features in-app purchases.

Speakaboos’ library contains over 200 books, featuring famous characters from children’s shows, fairy tales, songs, bedtime stories, and nursery rhymes. Each book is read aloud – some by famous actors like Chazz Palminteri – with the spoken words highlighted.

Children are able to interact with characters as the story progresses. Each part of Speakaboos’ product design and online content was developed based on the results of years of research from leading pedagogical and early literacy experts, including the National Reading Panel and Dr. Alice Wilder.

Teachers can try the Speakaboos app for free for use in their early literacy programs.
